WO-20260921 live implementation

Regenerative Farm Verification Module

A walk-through of the Regenerative Farm module for the USDA Regenerative Pilot Program: onboarding intake, application package with pre-filled USDA forms, field evidence, verification certificate, public QR page, and Trust Mesh. Built on the same reusable audit pattern as the BEEF COOL module.

PlatformVRP is the workflow source of truth.
PrivacyNo Social Security or tax ID numbers, ever.
Public claimVerifies implementation; not a USDA certification.

Live module

What this page implements

This walkthrough shows how the Regenerative Farm module works end to end. The intake, documents, package, and verification pages it links to are live; nothing here submits an application or issues a certificate.

Intake

Onboarding path

A guest intake form opens the farm's record and hands the farm a checklist and the official documents.

Package

Submission package

Captured data becomes a CPA-1200 worksheet, pre-filled USDA forms, and a fingerprinted ZIP.

Evidence

Field evidence

Practice logs and soil tests are captured in the field and locked once submitted.

Proof

Verification and QR

A verifier checks the program requirements and issues a certificate with a public page.

Module blueprint

Same audit framework, farm configuration

The Regenerative Farm module is the second configuration of the reusable audit module after BEEF COOL. The engine is shared; the entities, rules, forms, and public fields are specific to the NRCS Regenerative Pilot Program.

LayerRegenerative Farm settingShared with the audit module
Evidence entityFarm, field, practice log, soil sampleConfigurable entity (BEEF COOL: animal, herd, lot)
Program rulesFinal whole-farm plan, primary practice, baseline soil testIndustry rules per configuration
Evidence fingerprintSHA-256 of every photo and lab reportSame hashing utilities
Public proofRecord fingerprint; ledger anchor field reservedConfigurable anchor adapter; XRPL remains the target
Agency formsPre-filled USDA PDFs, locked to form versionReusable form-map engine for any agency PDF
Public pageStatus, practices, soil results, fingerprintApproved public fields only; private evidence protected
01Record first

Evidence is captured and fingerprinted before any claim.

02Tax ID stays with USDA

Tax ID, signature, and demographic answers are never collected or pre-filled.

03Human gate

Form maps, certificates, and revocations each need a person.

04Not a USDA certification

Made in USA Inc. verifies implementation; NRCS decides funding.

Privacy and revocation

Tax ID and revocation lane

Privacy and revocation are part of the module, so personal identifiers never enter the record and a wrong record can be withdrawn in public.

CollectIntake and package never ask for a Social Security or tax ID number.
Pre-fillTax ID, signature, and demographic boxes are left blank.
DeliverThe farmer adds the tax ID, signs, and hands forms to USDA directly.
VerifyOnly practice, plan, and soil evidence reach the verifier.
RevokeA wrong record's certificate is cancelled; the public page shows Revoked.
PreserveRecords and fingerprints are kept, so history can be checked later.
Compliance boundary: This module supports record keeping and independent verification of how regenerative practices were carried out. It is not a USDA certification or endorsement, does not submit applications on a farmer's behalf, does not make or influence funding decisions, and does not provide legal advice. USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service runs the Regenerative Pilot Program. "Regenerative" has no federal legal definition.
