AUTH codes route each investor into the correct investment path. The current PPM path targets 100 qualified investors for the OTCQB shareholder rule, with 100 minimum and 150 maximum shares plus the $35 VStock transfer agent fee.

Investor intake accepts only approved referral codes from this list. The submitted investor record stores both referral code and corresponding person.

Logged-in investors, officers, directors, management users, customer investors, and affiliates can use Investor Portal to see only their own linked campaign participation, document upload status, KYC/KYB state, payment state, VStock fee state, and explicitly released deal-room documents.
